What started out as a dream of three brothers back in 1991 has grown to become one of Woodland’s finest authentic Mexican restaurants. Owned and operated by brothers Ignacio, Salvador, and Rigoberto, Taqueria Guadalajara offers our customers delicious, wholesome food served in true Mexican culture.
From the moment you walk in and the aromas embrace you, pulling you to your table, until that very first bite entices you to take another and then another, you will experience a taste of a culture worlds apart from your own. We will take you back to a time when food was meant to be enjoyed with friends, family and loved ones; when sitting down to a meal together actually meant something.
